As a child, I faced a lot of adversity – parents\’ divorce and being raised by a working mom, crash of the Soviet Union, which led to poverty and much uncertainty about the future in my family.

However, now I’m very grateful for everything that happened and wouldn’t change a thing! Those circumstances forced me to grow, adapt, learn and develop. I firmly believe that any difficulty is a growth opportunity. For many years I have been very interested and fascinated by the mind – body – spirit/soul – nature connection. And it helped me realize that we are more than just a body with a brain.

My passion is to help people who are ready to transform their lives and regain control over their wellbeing. I am also a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor and a Certified Human Potential and Biohacking Coach.
